Position: Property Manager
Location: Northeast, OH or Central, CT
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Property Managers to oversee affordable housing properties ranging in size from 100-200 units. The Property Manager will be responsible for managing the property, overseeing the financials, compliance, etc.

Client is an owner, manager, and investor of a diverse portfolio of affordable housing totaling over 11,000 units. They have properties throughout the Northeast and Midwest and are continually growing through acquisitions and 3rd party management opportunities. Their portfolio has grown by 40% in the last two years.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience as a Property Manager at 70-130+ unit property or a strong Assistant Property Manager ready to take the next step.
- Must have affordable housing experience.
- Industry certifications (COS, TCS, etc.).
