Position: Property Manager
Location: Chattanooga, TN
Job Description:
We’re seeking a Property Manager to oversee a regional portfolio of commercial real estate totaling 10 approximately properties.

Progressive owner, manager, and developer of commercial real estate nationally.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience managing commercial office / medical office buildings.
- Ability to create and manipulate budgets, budget variance reports and other reports in Excel.
- Must possess excellent communication (oral and written), organizational, financial and time management skills.
- Ability to start, cultivate and maintain strong relations and work in a team environment.
- Active Real Estate License required OR willing to get one quickly.
