Position: Property Manager
Location: Birmingham, AL
Job Description:
The Property Manager will be responsible for the daily oversight and operations for a 200+ unit Class A property located in the Birmingham area. Responsibilities include but are not limited to leasing, maintenance, renovations, financial performance, and collections.

They are a well-established owner, manager, and developer of multifamily properties. Their growth has come through acquisitions of value add properties (Class A and B) as well as new development. They currently manage over 40 multifamily properties and are growing.
Key Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience as a Property Manager overseeing a conventional property – ideally over 150+ units.
- MUST be polished, professional and display a high level of customer service.
- Experience in budgeting and financial analysis.
- MUST have strong working experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
- YARDI experience highly desired.
