Position: Regional Vice President
Location: Long Island, NY
Job Description:
The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing all capital improvements, nationally, for a multifamily portfolio of over 20,000 units (1,000+ projects annually). The Construction Manager will work closely with asset management to manage capex goals, pricing and budgeting; analyzing and approving all projects including confirmation of scope, unit pricing and vendor selection. This is a growing portfolio and there is opportunity for advancement.

Key Requirements:

10+ years of experience in construction, multifamily highly

PreferredStrong skills with MS Excel and Word are required as well as knowledge of project management software

Strong analytical skills are critical, as well as, the ability to think outside-of-the-box and be creative
