Position: Vice President of Property Management
Location: Atlanta, GA
Job Description:
The Vice President of Property Management will directly oversee a growing portfolio of affordable housing totaling over 6,000 units. They’ll ensure owner/client expectations are met or exceeded as it relates to property performance and oversee a team of Regional Managers throughout the region.
**Portfolio will grow to 8,000-10,000+ units in the near future!

Key Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience as a Vice President/Director overseeing an affordable housing portfolio totaling 4,000+ units and managing a team of Regional, Area or District Managers. Must have LIHTC (low income housing tax credit) experience.
- Strong budgeting and financial/statistical analysis required.
- Strong computer skills required. Must be well versed in Excel. Yardi property management software experience would be a plus.
- Must be a strategic thinker and able to think creatively and clearly in high stress scenarios involving owners/clients, employees and residents.
