Position: Regional Manager
Location: Nashville, TN or Tucson, AZ
Job Description:
Regional Manager will oversee a portfolio of approximately 2,500 beds.
Company Info:
Multifamily owner and manager with a portfolio of approximately 20K units which includes conventional and student housing.
Key Requirements:
- Student housing management experience
- Experience dealing with struggling, difficult student markets, tough submarkets and high crime areas
- Must have been a regional for not less than 2 years (student housing)
- Experience managing not less than three sites
