Position: Vice President
Location: MN or WI
Job Description:
Multifamily Vice President to oversee a portfolio of approximately 4,000 units which are predominately tax credit. The assets are mainly B and C grade. VP will manage a team of Regional Managers.

Key Requirements:
•LIHTC experience
•Must be a VP or similar role currently, overseeing multiple site managers
•Must be currently managing not less than 2K units
•No less than two years of multiple site management experience
•Strong financial skills
•Yardi (preferred)
•Experience turning around a struggling portfolio (preferred)
•Experience with B and C properties and aware of the struggles that come with those sites (preferred)
