Seeking a Portfolio Director to oversee a 1200+ unit affordable housing portfolio in New York City, Westchester County, CT, MA, and RI.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in property management in a regional property management capacity with a regional or national real estate firm.
- * Proficiency in use of computers including Word and Excel with advanced understanding of Excel and software used for financial reporting (presently Yardi).
- Knowledge of HUD regulations, forms, inspection criteria and processes, and the low- income housing tax credit program.
