Position Available: Regional Manager
Location: Memphis, TN
The Regional Manager will oversee all management operations for an assigned portfolio of properties in the Memphis region. This position will oversee a portfolio consisting of 20+ properties totaling several million square feet of commercial real estate. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Create and develop property budgets for all properties in the portfolio.
- Review all financial reports within the portfolio.
- Develop and maintaining working relationships with tenants and decision makers.
- Coordinate and assure resolution to tenant issues.
- Conduct property inspections of all buildings in the portfolio.

Key Requirements:

3+ years’ experience as a managing commercial real estate.

Experience in creating budgets, CAM reconciliations, and analyzing operational and financial data.

Must have excellent communication and organization skills.

Ability to establish and maintain rapport with tenants and the business community at various levels.

Yardi experience is a plus.
