Position Available: Regional Capital Projects Manager
Location: Dallas or Houston, TX
The RCPM will oversee all capex work ranging from 5K – 1M in scope for 80-100 multifamily properties on average. Responsibilities include but not limited to development of scopes of work, bidding, bid qualification, contract negotiations, contract award, and direct supervision of capital projects.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the construction project management and supervision of capital projects and renovations within the multifamily real estate sector.
- Experience in all phases of renovation, stick framed construction, sequencing, scheduling, interior renovations, contract development, scope of work development, electrical, HVAC, boilers, chillers, EMS systems, appliance, turnkey, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
