Position Available: Vice President of Residential
Location: Rochester, New York
The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the day-to-day management of the company’s residential multifamily portfolio.
Company Info: Our client is New York-based Owner, Operator and Manager of a residential and commercial real estate portfolio.
Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of successful multi-site management of market rate and affordable housing experience required. (the market rate experience could have been in the past)

Affordable Housing experience strongly preferred. Compliance experience with LIHTC, HUD-Section 8, Fair Housing required.

Strong MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Knowledge of industry software program(s) a plus; MRI/Boston Post preferred.

Strong financial management experience of site budgeting with roll-up to regional operations budgeting.

Prior experience with the maximization of properties Net Operating Income [NOI] in accordance with business plan and properties’ budgets needed.

Prior staffing, training, and performance management experience required.

Flexibility to travel on a weekly, monthly basis as needed. Must have reliable transportation/vehicle, appropriate valid vehicle insurance, and a valid drivers’ license to attend regional, site and corporate meetings, in addition to training, conferences, others.
