Real8 was founded in 2018, but our Partners already had several years of experience in the industry. Chris Aretta and Lisa Pyle were known for their ability to source talented real estate professionals throughout the US.
While they had dreamt of starting their own firm, it wasn’t until 2018 that their vision became a reality. Their long-time mentor approached them about aligning forces, believing that they could create a powerful partnership. Together, they started a new chapter. Real8 was formed along with a commitment to excellence in real estate recruitment.

The Partners invited a select few experienced recruiters to join them, forming a team of eight. From the very beginning, “the eight” focused on building something different, something better. “Real” stands for honesty and transparency, as well as real estate. Real8 Group is more than just a name; it’s how our journey began, ironically enough, in the eighth month of 2018.
