Position: Director of Acquisitions

Location: Southern, California

Job Description:

Director of Acquisitions will identify self-storage properties suitable for acquisition throughout the United States.  Responsible for contacting and establishing a working relationship with identified targets and determining level of interest and timing to explore potential sale and develop and manage acquisitions pipeline to ensure that deal flow will be sufficient to meet annual acquisitions targets.

Company Info:

Well established owner and manager of self-storage facilities nationally.  Currently manage 20+ properties in 10+ states and they’re growing!  Company is well capitalized and aggressively looking to acquire additional properties.

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience in real estate acquisitions.  Self-storage experience a plus.
  • Strong ability to identify, underwrite and recommend potential investment opportunities to the Partners and Investors.
  • Must have strong financial and strategic analysis skills.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Must be well versed in excel.
