Position: Director of Asset Management

Job Description:
Responsible for the overall operation and financial success of an assigned portfolio of properties consisting of 1.8M+ SF of Class A commercial office space.

Key Requirements:
- 10+ years’ experience managing full service, Class A commercial office buildings with 5+ years in a leadership role – Director/VP.
- Strong budgeting/reporting experience.
- Proven experience managing capital improvement projects.
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
**Desired education would include BA Degree, Florida Real Estate License, CPM or RPA Designation.
