Position: Director of Sales
Location: Columbus, OH
Job Description:
Responsible for leading the planning and execution for all new construction, lease-up’s as well as acquisition, redevelopment, lease-ups for the company. Company has a pipeline averaging 2,500-5,000 units at any time that the Director will lead the sales/leasing efforts for.

Client is a full-service owner, manager, and developer of Class A multifamily real estate. They currently own/manage over 5,000 units in Columbus OH, Nashville TN, Louisville KY and they are moving in to high growth markets such as Raleigh NC, Denver CO, Austin TX, and Charleston SC. The company has growth aspirations to be at 15,000 units by 2020 and 25,000 units by 2025!
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role overseeing the sales/leasing efforts for a larger, regional/national multifamily brand. MUST have experience leading the planning and execution of acquisition, redevelopment, lease-up’s AND/OR new construction, lease-ups.
- Previous experience developing, and continuously improving, operational systems to enhance team efficiency, quality and performance required.
- Understand the financial and nonfinancial performance drivers for properties/company.
- Strong leadership qualities and previous experience managing a team of people. Ability to motivate, develop and coach team is essential.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft office and Excel necessary.
