Position: Director/Vice President
Location: Seattle, WA
Job Description:
Leads the execution of the Company’s strategy related to property management for an assigned portfolio and markets by directing the team, implementing policies, programs, and initiatives that achieve budgeted financial results, and developing and leading programs that promote customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and market growth.
Portfolio will consist of 25+ properties totaling 5,000+ conventional units. Director/VP will lead a team of four, Regional Property Managers.

Key Requirements:
- Ideal candidate would currently be in a Director/VP role within a multifamily company where they are responsible for managing a portfolio in excess of 3,500 conventional units.
- Must have experience managing lease-up’s, high end product, and value-add product.
- Must have excellent leadership skills and have led and/or have the ability to lead a team consisting of Regional/Area/District Managers.
- Must have strong financial/budgeting skills.
