Position: Director/VP
Location: Southeast, FL
Job Description:
The Director/VP supports and executes the Company’s strategies related to property management operations by directing the team members on the assigned portfolio of properties, and by implementing the policies, procedures, and practices that enable each property to meet and exceed budgeted financial goals and achieve operational performance objectives.
Portfolio consists of 15+ properties totaling over 4,000 units.

Key Requirements:

Ideal candidate would currently be in a Director/VP role within a multifamily company where they are responsible for managing a portfolio in excess of 4,000+ conventional units and managing a team of Regional/District/Area Managers.

3rd party management experience preferred.

Must have high-rise, lease-up experience.

Must have strong financial/budgeting skills.
