Position: District/Regional Manager
Location: San Antonio/San Marco, TX
The District Manager oversees the daily operations of a portfolio of apartment and student housing communities totaling 2,000 units located in the San Marcos and San Antonio areas. The DM will provide leadership within the district and carry bottom line profit and loss responsibilities for the properties in addition to maximizing the financial performance of each property. Comprehensive knowledge of the apartment and/or student housing industry is essential along with a proven track record of success in designing and executing winning marketing and leasing strategies. Outstanding employee management skills along with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment are essential. Also, the District Manager will assist in the selection and development of property employees.

Key Requirements:

3+ years’ experience as a Regional/District/Area Manager in multifamily and/or student housing.

Strong financial management experience.

Yardi and/or other property management software proficiency. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Must have great team leadership/management skills.

Knowledge/understanding of Landlord/Tenant laws within the district.
