Jeremy Monteverde – Director

Jeremy is a Director at Real8 Group and knows how to break through barriers and utilize out-of-the-box approaches to sourcing and placing the best talent for his clients. Bringing more than a decade of recruiting experience exclusively in the real estate industry, he has an innate ability to attract top talent and understand what motivates candidates. He pairs technological resources with traditional sourcing methods to ensure market coverage on every search he oversees.

Jeremy feels it’s imperative to create a foundation of trust built on sincerity and transparency, to invest the time upfront to understand a client’s needs, and, most importantly, to deliver results that create a win-win scenario for the client and candidate. That’s how he can quickly prove his value and create lasting relationships. His expertise includes fund/equity management, multifamily, student housing, senior living, and commercial.

Outside of work, Jeremy has his hands full with his two sons, Jack and Calvin, who he chases around with his (amazing) wife, Amanda. He enjoys getting together with friends, hosting game nights, spending time with family, traveling, and playing a copious amount of frisbee with his German Shepherd, Roscoe, and is in the process of improving on his self-proclaimed title of the “Worst Golfer in History.”
