Position Available: Managing Director
Location: Atlanta, GA
The Managing Director will have full P&L responsibility for the property management division of the company. They will lead a team of Directors in executing initiatives and strategies to meet and exceed budgeted financial and operational goals.
Company Info: One of the largest multifamily companies in the country. The company has grown over the years through acquisitions and development and they currently manage over 60,000 units in approx. 10 states. They have a tremendous people first culture.
Key Requirements:

BA Degree

3+ years in an EVP/SVP/VP leadership role leading the property management and/or asset management functions for a large portfolio of multifamily communities. Ideal candidate will have led a senior leadership team consisting of VP’s/RVP’s/Directors.

Must have strong analytical, financial and budgeting experience.

Must have excellent team leadership and team development/training experience.
