Position Available: Managing Director, Development
Location: East Region
Responsible for the implementation and oversight of the development process to include entitlements, design, permitting and contract negotiation for self-storage properties throughout the Eastern Region.
Company Info: Progressive owner, manager and developer of a diverse portfolio of real estate to include multifamily and self-storage properties. Well capitalized and actively growing portfolio through acquisitions and development. Properties are currently located throughout the Southeast and Sunbelt regions.
Key Requirements:

5+ years’ experience in developing and/or acquiring self-storage properties.

Strong analytical and financial skills are a must.

Well-versed in underwriting potential developments/acquisitions.

Must be well versed with Microsoft Word/Excel.

Must have excellent communication/presentation skills.
