5050 Storage Partners (StorMark Self-Storage), a self-storage owner, operator, and investor in the Southeast, recently hired Stephen Breining as their District Manager. In this pivotal role, Stephen will oversee a portfolio spanning from the Carolinas to Virginia, contributing to the company’s ambitious growth plans.
Bringing more than 12 years of multi-site experience, including revenue strategy for 200+ self-storage facilities, Stephen will be integral in helping bring assets under management while improving existing policies and procedures within property management.
