Position Available: Regional Director of Real Estate Development
Location: Atlanta, Savannah, GA; Greenville, SC or Charlotte, NC
This person will be responsible for overseeing the development of LIHTC housing projects in GA and the Carolinas. The Director will also be responsible for identifying new development opportunities.

Key Requirements:
- BA/BS degree
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in planning, housing development or related field required
- Successful completion of at least 5 multi-family/senior/special needs housing development projects required
- 1+ year of supervisory experience required
- LIHTC development experience is required
- Candidates must also be experienced with MS Excel
