Position: Regional Maintenace Manager
Location: Mid-Atlantic
Job Description:
The Regional Maintenance Manager will oversee the maintenance operations for a diverse portfolio of Class A high-rise, mid-rise and garden style multifamily properties. They’ll be charged with providing a high level of quality and efficiency of all aspects of the maintenance operation within the region, including personnel, budgeting, planning and scheduling, capital project management, inspections, technical assistance, monitoring work order and turnover completion, purchasing, and other tasks to achieve market objectives.

The company is a fully vertically integrated developer, owner and manager of Class A+, A and B+ market-rate residential rental communities in major markets across 10+ states, with total portfolio totaling well over 20,000 units. The company has an active development and acquisition pipeline.
Key Requirements:

3+ years’ experience in a Director/Regional Maintenance role overseeing maintenance/facility operations for a diverse portfolio of high-rise, mid-rise and garden style apartment communities in the Mid-Atlantic.

Ideal candidate would have experience managing capital projects and be well versed in scopes of work, competitive bids, etc. and have a strong contractor base in the local market.

MUST have excellent team building and leadership skills.

MUST have strong technical and financial skills. Yardi experience a plus!

MUST have central mechanical system experience.
