Position: Regional Manager
Location: Ft. Lauderdale/West Palm Beach, FL
Job Description:
The Regional Manager will fill a key role in Southeast FL. They will be tasked with overseeing the operations of an assigned portfolio of conventional properties, develop annual budgets, ensure the properties meet established operational, financial, and business performance goals, provide leadership to the team, and promote client satisfaction and retention within the region.
The portfolio will consist of 5 Class A/B properties totaling 1,500 units.

Key Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience as a Regional/District/Area Manager overseeing a conventional portfolio totaling over 1,000 units. Must have renovation and/or new construction experience; highly prefer new construction.
- Strong financial experience. Can complete, understand, and interpret financial records, budgets, and other financial reporting information.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using property management software (preferably Yardi and/or Real Page), word processing, spreadsheet, and database management applications to complete and produce required reports and other employment documents.
- Experience and developed management and supervisory skills sufficient to lead, direct, evaluate, and mentor subordinate and peer team members.
