Position Available: Regional Manager
Location: Los Angeles, CA or Dallas, TX
The Regional Manager of Real Estate Management was recently promoted and our client is looking to backfill her role with a dynamic and assertive individual to lead their West Region Property Management team. The Regional Manager is accountable for a portfolio of nearly 5 million square feet of medical office assets that spans across a variety of major metropolitan markets in 12 states. The Regional Manager will lead a team of approximately 30 employees and support them with the management of their respective properties, all while surrounded and supported by the best talent and resources in the industry. In this role, the Regional Manager will be expected to present solid decision-making skills, successfully coach/guide a team and be experienced in real estate management, lead property management staff across assigned portfolio, manage operating expenses to achieve Net Operating Income (NOI) growth, prepare and execute a capital plan that enhances the long term value of the portfolio and improve customer relationships through the consistent delivery of the Company’s connect program.
Company Info: National owner, manager, and developer of Medical Office Buildings. Over 150 properties totaling 10M+ sq. ft. in 10+ states.
Key Requirements:

Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience managing a large portfolio of medical office buildings (MOB) and/or commercial office buildings. MOB experience is highly preferred.

Must have prior experience leading people as well as the ability to manage a larger and more challenging lease portfolio with minimal guidance.

Extensive experience in building operations and policies.

Previous experience should include property management experience with a REIT or recognized management company.
