Job Description:
Oversee the management operations for a diverse portfolio of affordable housing. Portfolio consists of 10+ properties totaling 500+ units – all tax credit and Section 8.

Progressive owner, manager and developer of conventional and affordable apartment communities.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience as a Regional Manager overseeing a portfolio of tax credit/mixed income properties.
- Must have managed family properties.
- Strong financial experience – can read financial statements.
- Strong marketing/occupancy experience.
