Position: Regional Property Manager
Location: Inland Empire, CA
The Regional Manager will oversee the management operations for a portfolio of apartment communities located in the Inland Empire and ensure properties meet budgeted financial goals to achieve operational performance objectives.
Company Info:
Owner, manager and developer of a diverse portfolio of real estate. They currently manage over 1,000 apartment units and are active land developers for master-planned communities.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience as a Regional Manager overseeing a portfolio of conventional/market rate apartment communities.
- Strong financial skills – experience meeting/exceeding budgeted financial goals.
- Ability to lead, direct, and evaluate team performance.
- Must have a good knowledge base with landlord and tenant laws.
- YARDI proficiency.
