Ryan Jagodrinski is a versatile professional with ten years of experience in real estate executive recruiting. Before joining Real8 Group, Ryan worked as a Research Associate for 2.5 years, sourcing and placing candidates in all asset classes of commercial real estate. He also led a research team, focusing on identifying and engaging qualified candidates.

Ryan began his career as an Inside Sales Consultant, a role he held for seven years. His background in sales and research has provided him with a strong foundation in understanding market dynamics and client needs.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, including kayaking, fishing, golfing, gardening, and playing bocce ball. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Clarion University and is based in Pittsburgh, PA.
