Position Available: Senior Property Manager
Location:Birmingham, AL
The Senior Property Manager will be responsible for the daily oversight and management for a 400+ unit conventional apartment community. Duties include but not limited to leasing, maintenance, renovations, financial performance and collections.

Key Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience managing a large, conventional apartment community.
- Experience in budgeting and financial analysis.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Yardi experience required.
