Position: Training Manager
Location: Southwestern US / Rocky Mountain Region
Job Description:
Growing multifamily management firm with a portfolio of over 20K units seeking a Training Manager to evaluate company’s current training department and provide feedback for improvements. Seeking someone who will take initiative and improve upon the company’s e-learning and training platform. Manager will design, plan, conduct and implement portfolio-wide training programs, policies and procedures.

Key Requirements:
- Not less than three years of multifamily experience, with not less than one year in training
- Experience with Yardi Voyager highly preferred
- LIHTC experience preferred
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time required
