Position: Regional Vice President
Location: Dallas, TX
Job Description:
RVP will lead the charge for the region. The company has the same P&P (Policies and Procedures) across the company but each region operates its own P&L (Profit and Loss). They will need to think like a business owner and act as the COO for their region. This is a highly visible position within the company overseeing a growing portfolio that currently consists of 15 properties totaling over 5,000 units

The company is a national TOP 50 owner, manager, and developer of a diverse portfolio of multifamily real estate. They were founded 40+ years ago and are one of the most recognized brands in multifamily real estate.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in a leadership role leading the property management operations for a portfolio of multifamily communities (conventional). MUST have experience managing a team of Regional/District/Area Managers.
- MUST be a hand on leader… willing to get out in the field, work with the team, etc. Ideal candidate will have come up through the ranks in the property management industry as a Property Manager, Regional, Director/VP.
- MUST have experience pitching 3rd party management services OR be willing to learn how to do so under the direction of the EVP. Must have fire in the belly and the personality to chase RFP’s (Request for Proposals) and 3rd party management services.
- MUST have strong financial skills budgets, reporting, etc.
